Mylopotamos beach, a picturesque beach, with crystal clear waters drowned in the green. Along its length it has sand, pebbles but also smaller stones and is a real oasis for the lucky ones who will enjoy their dives there. Mylopotamos attracts hundreds of visitors every year, some of whom are fanatical. Its waters are similar, not unjustly, with mirrors and the beach is informally divided into two smaller beaches with a natural stone arch while there is access from one section to another.
The “double” beach of Mylopotamos is 58 km from Volos and only 7 km from Tsagarada and so in addition to the fanatical tourists frequent there are the permanent residents of the area.
Access to the beach is easy by going down a few steps but if you visit the area during the high tourist season, then you should expect to be confronted with the many people who choose the beach for their swim.
